Before you get started, it’s essential that you understand the agreement below (“Terms” or “Agreement”) — this document forms a legally binding contract between you and fantasytennisshot.
IMPORTANT: These Terms include a binding arbitration clause and a waiver of class action rights, which significantly impact your legal protections. Read them carefully.

1. Agreeing to the Rules
By accessing this website (including all its features), using our mobile application (“App”), and registering for an account to join our fantasy contests and services (collectively referred to as the “Services”), you confirm that you accept these Terms. This also includes our Privacy Policy and any additional rules or guidelines posted by fantasytennisshot.

By clicking “Agree” or downloading our App, you confirm that you have reviewed these Terms, are legally eligible to form a binding agreement, and agree to be bound by them. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you should immediately stop using the Services and delete any fantasytennisshot apps from your devices.

2. Updating These Terms
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time, except for sections about arbitration and class actions. Any changes take effect once published on the site or app. We’ll notify you about major updates through email or platform notifications. Continued use of our Services after changes means you agree to the new Terms. If you disagree, you should close your account and withdraw any remaining balance.

Ongoing contests will continue under the rules they started with. fantasytennisshot may choose whether specific actions are governed by current or prior Terms. Misconduct like fraud or cheating will always fall under the latest version. Continued usage implies acceptance of updated Terms. Additional services may include extra conditions, which are also binding when accepted.

We may modify or withdraw parts of the Service (like features, content, or databases) at any time without liability. Some functionality may also be limited or restricted without notice.

3. Limited License to Use
fantasytennisshot gives you a personal, non-transferable license to access the Services. You don’t gain ownership of any content, and usage is strictly governed by these Terms. You may not reverse-engineer, resell, or remove copyright marks. fantasytennisshot and its partners keep full rights to the platform and all associated materials.

If you violate these Terms, your license may be revoked immediately. Upon termination, you must delete any copies of content or materials you may have downloaded or stored.

4. User Account Details
You can browse our platform freely, but participation in contests or transactions requires an account. You must be 18 or older (or meet the legal age in your jurisdiction) and provide valid, complete information — including contact details and identity verification for tax purposes. For paid contests, billing information is also required.

Your username must not promote any commercial interests or include offensive terms. fantasytennisshot reserves the right to reject or change usernames at its sole discretion.

5. Misuse and Multiaccounting
Your account is solely for engaging in fantasy contests. Using it otherwise (such as parking funds without play intent) may lead to suspension and potential legal reporting. Users are allowed only one account; using or controlling multiple accounts (multiaccounting) is a serious violation.

Actions such as using someone else’s account, evading restrictions, or abusing bonuses through multiple identities are all considered prohibited conduct. These violations may result in:

• Suspension or closure of all linked accounts
• Cancellation of any contest entries
• Confiscation of winnings and bonuses
• Loss of real-money funds earned via prohibited conduct

Multiaccounting is a breach of these Terms and could also violate state laws. If we discover such activity, we reserve the right to take all necessary actions, including legal ones.

You are fully responsible for your account and password. Allowing someone else to use your account is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized use or a breach, notify us immediately. fantasytennisshot is not liable for any damage from misuse unless proven otherwise.

6. Who Can Play – Eligibility Requirements

You’re welcome to explore our platform from anywhere, but to join Contests, your physical location must be within an officially supported area (collectively, “Eligible Jurisdictions”). We regularly update this list at our discretion. Areas outside this scope are considered “Excluded Jurisdictions.”

Participants must be at least 18 years of age, or the legal age in their jurisdiction. By entering a Contest or depositing funds, you confirm:

• You meet the legal age requirement
• You are a legal U.S. resident with a valid U.S. address
• You are physically in an Eligible Jurisdiction when entering
• You are not on any governmental restricted list
• You agree to our Terms and related policies
• You’re not in an Excluded Jurisdiction during gameplay
• You are not subject to IRS backup withholding, or you’ve resolved it

7. Entering the Action – Fantasy Sports Contests

Once you register, you’ll have access to a variety of contests (free and paid). Every Contest has its own rules and entry fee listed. It’s your responsibility to read and understand each one before entering. Residents of Excluded Jurisdictions are not eligible for paid Contests.

Entry Fees

Contest fees vary. Upon entry, the corresponding amount will be deducted from your fantasytennisshot balance. All payments are final — no refunds.

Verification for Entry

To claim a prize, we may request documents verifying your identity and eligibility. If there’s a dispute, we’ll rely on account information, email records, or other internal data to verify the rightful owner. We reserve the right to withhold a prize if we believe the entry was submitted fraudulently.

Contest Entry Restrictions

The following individuals may not participate in paid-entry Contests:

• Employees of fantasytennisshot or their household family members
• Employees or operators of other fantasy sites and their families
• Individuals with access to confidential or pre-release data
• Employees or partners with insider access through sponsors or sports organizations
• Athletes, coaches, team staff, agents, and their family if tied to the sport of the Contest
• Any person restricted from participation by law or court order

Skill-Based Games – Paid Fantasy Contests

Our Contests are built on skill, not chance. Winners are determined by applying strategy and knowledge according to pre-published rules. Each game is governed by its own scoring system, and only legitimate entries will be considered for payout. We strictly prohibit gambling and betting activity.

Results & Prizes

Prizes are only awarded if the Contest runs successfully. We may cancel contests when necessary, in which case entry fees will be refunded. Results are posted shortly after the Contest concludes but remain subject to verification. While we do not adjust for real-life stat changes post-Contest, we may fix any discrepancies from stat providers.

Prize Details

Every Contest's prize structure is made available in advance. Winnings will be deposited into your account as soon as possible after results are finalized. Prizes are provided “as-is” without warranties. If legal disputes arise regarding your prize, we reserve the right to withhold or revoke the award.

Prize Forfeiture & Errors

If you breach these Terms, we may cancel any awarded prize. You agree to assist in reversing the payout. Mistakenly credited funds remain our property and will be reclaimed. Any incorrect withdrawal will be considered a debt you owe us.

Live Stats & Data from Third-Party Providers

If fantasytennisshot displays real-time statistics or scoring during contests, please note: all such data is considered unofficial and for entertainment purposes only. We may rely on external data sources for real-time updates during gameplay, but there may be delays or inaccuracies in the information displayed.

Whether due to technical issues, latency, or external providers, fantasytennisshot is not responsible for any delay or unavailability of live scoring. These features are supplemental and do not determine the actual outcome of any Contest. No guarantees or warranties are made about the completeness or accuracy of such data.

Stat Updates & Final Scores

While we strive for accuracy in Contest scoring, fantasytennisshot cannot guarantee perfect accuracy. Final scores are locked once the relevant event concludes and becomes official. Stat changes made more than 30 minutes after that point — whether by official leagues or data providers — will not alter Contest results.

All Sales Final

All payments made to participate in Contests are non-refundable. In cases of disputed entries, the entry is considered submitted by the person listed on the registered fantasytennisshot account.

Disqualification & Contest Cancellation

By entering a Contest, you agree to follow our Terms. Violation of these Terms may result in your disqualification, forfeiture of prizes, or even account termination at fantasytennisshot’s discretion.

We reserve the right to remove any participant found engaging in suspicious, abusive, or dishonest behavior — including false info submissions, unauthorized scripts, cheating methods, or tampering with the Service. Disqualified users may also be reported to relevant authorities.

We may cancel or suspend a Contest at any time to protect its integrity or functionality — especially in the case of technical issues or suspected manipulation of prize structures. If a Contest is canceled before completion, no fees will be charged, and your funds will be returned to your account balance.

Inactive Account Policy

Accounts that show no activity (no contest entries, betting, or gaming) for 13 consecutive months will be labeled as inactive. In such cases, a monthly service charge of $4.99 will be deducted from any unspent or winnings balance.

Deposit Bonus Details & Expiry

Deposit bonuses are provided as a mix of “Unutilized Cash” and “Bonus Cash.” Unutilized Cash is available for immediate use across fantasy contests, betting, and gaming. Bonus Cash, however, can only cover up to 5% of a fantasy contest’s entry fee.

Note: All Bonus Cash must be used within 90 days from the date it’s awarded. After that, it will expire and be removed from your account.
